These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pro Asbestos Removal website at proasbestosremoval.com and any services you engage us to provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Pro Asbestos Removal is a trading name registered in England and Wales, operating from Dornton Road, South Croydon, CR2 7DQ. References to "we", "us", and "our" throughout these terms refer to Pro Asbestos Removal.

We provide specialist asbestos removal, survey, testing, and management services for residential and commercial properties across Surrey, London, and the South East. All licensed asbestos work is carried out in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012) and associated HSE guidance.

All survey work is carried out by qualified surveyors holding the relevant P402 or equivalent qualification. All licensed removal work is carried out by operatives holding a valid HSE asbestos licence.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or project at our discretion.

All quotes provided by us are based on the information available at the time of quotation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

A quote is not a binding contract. A contract for services is formed only when we issue a written confirmation of booking and you confirm acceptance.

Where additional asbestos-containing materials are discovered during the course of work that were not identified at the time of quotation, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised quote before proceeding. We will not carry out additional work without your written authorisation.

All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice; we typically require payment within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

You agree to:

— Provide accurate and complete information about the property and the suspected asbestos-containing materials when requesting a quote or booking a survey or removal.

— Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property and the relevant areas at the agreed time. Where access cannot be provided, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.

— Inform us of any known or suspected hazards at the property, including but not limited to asbestos, lead paint, structural instability, and confined spaces.

— Comply with any reasonable instructions given by our operatives regarding safety during the course of work.

— Ensure that the property is vacated by all persons (including pets) during licensed asbestos removal work, as required by CAR 2012 and our method statements.

— Not interfere with or disturb any asbestos-containing materials identified by our surveyors prior to removal.

We carry public liability insurance and employers' liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.

Our liability to you in connection with any project is limited to the value of the contract for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of use.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects in the property, or for damage that arises from conditions that you failed to disclose to us prior to commencement of work.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

On completion of licensed asbestos removal work, we will provide you with:

— A waste transfer note confirming the quantity and classification of asbestos waste removed and the name of the licensed disposal facility. — A clearance certificate (4-stage clearance) confirming that the work area has been decontaminated and is safe for re-occupation, where applicable. — An HSE notification reference number for licensed work, where required under CAR 2012 Regulation 9.

It is your responsibility to retain these documents. We recommend keeping them with your property records and asbestos register.

Survey reports remain the intellectual property of Pro Asbestos Removal until payment has been received in full.

You may cancel or reschedule a booked job by giving us at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted value, to cover mobilisation costs.

Where we need to cancel or reschedule a job due to circumstances beyond our control (including adverse weather, equipment failure, or staff illness), we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date at no additional charge.
