Areas We Cover: Asbestos Removal Across Surrey, London & the South East

Croydon is where we are based and where our coverage is densest — the CR postcodes, the Bromley and Sutton boroughs, and the south-west London suburbs out to Kingston and Wimbledon. Much of this housing stock dates from the interwar and post-war decades when asbestos cement garages, Artex ceilings and textured coatings were standard, which is why these areas make up the largest share of our work.

From Caterham and Reigate on the North Downs to Guildford, Farnham and Haslemere in the west, Surrey is our biggest network of local pages. The county's 1930s suburban estates and post-war developments are exactly where asbestos garage roofs, floor tiles and textured ceilings turn up during renovations, and the M25 corridor keeps most of the county comfortably within reach of the base.

West along the M4 we cover Reading and the towns around it — Wokingham, Bracknell and Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead to the east, Newbury, Thatcham and Hungerford to the west. Berkshire's mix of expanding post-war towns and older market towns produces the full range of jobs, from asbestos cement outbuildings to pre-refurbishment surveys.

South of the M25 the M23 takes us to Crawley, East Grinstead and Horsham. Crawley's post-war new-town housing is prime territory for asbestos cement and textured coatings, while the older properties of East Grinstead and Horsham more often call for a survey before work begins.
